Ocean views are often found at the beach, but not always. This upside-down house with its living areas on the second floor takes full advantage of tree top living to afford expansive views out over the ocean at Tom Nevers head. Three distinct buildings act to form an entry court and define the rear pool area with its guest house. The original house has been fully renovated and added onto allowing for more daylighting, nana windows open up walls to the outdoor, while decks provide the critical connection between levels and the outdoors.
